Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of FinFuerte (the “Service”), operated by FinFuerte (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Education only — not advice

FinFuerte provides general financial education. It is not personalized financial, investment, tax, insurance, accounting or legal advice, and nothing in the Service is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security or product. Scenarios, case files and calculators are illustrative. Consult a qualified, licensed professional before making financial decisions. We do not guarantee any financial outcome.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live). You are responsible for activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time from the Account page.

3. Free and Premium plans

Some content is free. Premium content and features are available by paid subscription, billed monthly or annually as shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your full card details.

Renewal and cancellation. Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price until canceled. You can cancel at any time from Account → Manage billing; you keep Premium access until the end of the period you've already paid for. Unless required by law, payments are non-refundable, but contact us at support@finfuerte.com and we will review requests in good faith.

Price changes. We may change prices with advance notice; changes apply from your next renewal.

4. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the Service: no attempting to access other users' data, bypass paywalls or usage limits, scrape or resell content, interfere with the Service's operation, or use it for unlawful purposes.

5. Content and intellectual property

The Service, including all lessons, case files, artwork and characters, is owned by FinFuerte or its licensors and is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You keep ownership of information you enter; you grant us a limited license to store and process it to operate the Service.

6. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time. We aim for reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted availability.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FinFuerte is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for financial losses arising from your use of or reliance on the Service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If changes are material we will notify you through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
